Delete your TourChorus account
Listening to a tour never needs an account. If you created one, you can delete it any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open the TourChorus app and open any tour's menu.
- Tap Your account.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
By email
Can't open the app? Email privacy@tourchorus.com from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm by reply.
What is deleted
- Your login (email address, sign-in sessions and codes).
- Your choices about sharing your email and receiving marketing from tour operators, and the TourChorus newsletter opt-in.
- Any email address you gave in an operator's survey.
Anonymous usage, such as how many people listened to a tour, is not linked to you and stays. Survey answers you gave without sharing your email stay with the operator without your name.
Tour operators
If your account belongs to a tour operator's team, leave or hand over the team in the dashboard first; then you can delete the account. See our privacy policy for more.
